- Work with ticket system JIRA / Partner ticketing systems
- Control of documents necessary for toll registration
- Checking of customer and vehicle data needed for vehicle registration
- Filling in registration data into internal systems and the systems of toll providers
- Communication with colleagues from local offices
- Toll documents management (Archiving, Print/Scan)
- Support toll product and service development
- Ad-hoc Toll Operations related tasks
- High focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Promptly deliveres information on potential imminent problems
- Participates in education and personnel development as part of his / her job assignment according to company management instructions
- Continuously educates and acquires the most up-to-date information within the scope of his / her field of study and the extent of his / her work
- Complies with the principles and guidelines defined by internal regulations and quality management procedures
