As Consultant CSR & Sustainability you will contribute to our transformation by championing ESG initiatives. Your role will encompass more than just driving internal communications; you will be the driving force behind a movement towards a bright, sustainable future.

With your exceptional skills in content development and captivating presentations, you will engage with internal employees across GEOs, business units, and central functions inspiring and motivating them to embrace CSR and Sustainability. Various measures of our customers’ and stakeholders’ feedback will help you continually refine and deliver communications that stay at the forefront of the latest industry trends and global affairs. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability and CSR you will be a part of the Sustainability and CSR Team (SITA | Sustainability) responsible for supporting the implementation of SITA’s commitment to creating a sustainable future for its employees’ business communities and the air transport industry.

What You Will Do

To support SITA in meeting its key stakeholders’ (customers, employees, partners and industry associations) expectations on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics.

Ensuring effective communications on ESG topics (min 80%):

  • Support the content creation to effectively communicate SITA ESG strategy and achievement to internal and external audiences, act as a single point of contact with the Communications teams
  • Supports SITA Employee Volunteering program (VIVA - Values in Voluntary Action), coordinates with Location Leaders, People teams and ad-hoc teams for local implementation and ensure alignment with the key ESG priorities and communities’ needs
  • Evangelizes SITA key ESG priorities and achievement across the SITA staff; prepare webinars & staff calls presentations and animate the Sustainability Champions network
  • Support relevant educational training tailored to SITA professions
  • Supports the definition of relevant KPI & targets to monitor the progress and benefits of these features.

Supporting the environmental data collection (up to 20%):

  • Support timely and accurate quarterly environmental data collection in the environmental platform
Qualifications:

Who You Are

  • Passionate in sustainability and ESG topics
  • Highly collaborative personality with very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and service orientation
  • Understand and manage properly cultural diversity
  • Works effectively in and across complex organizations, and is at ease managing and effectively operating within a matrix organization
  • Knowledge in ESG frameworks (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, GRI, CSRD, ISSB, local framework)
  • University degree preferably in business Economics Public Affairs communications

Proficient in written communications and ability to produce a variety of communications and business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation. ·

Analytical skills:

Capability to ensure data accuracy and extract the main messages relevant for the various audiences’ profile

Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. ·

Brand Management: Knowledge of and ability to create, maintain and improve brand loyalty for the organization and/or product line.

Project Management:
Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics and ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Effectiveness Measurement: Knowledge of effective measurement techniques and ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for the purpose of improvement.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Advanced), Excel (Advanced), Word, Teams, and Outlook. Experience with Power BI is preferred.
