Service Engineer

ABB Robotics unit is the largest supplier of robotic workstations and automated units in the Czech Republic, across the entire industrial spectrum. We focus on both standardized solutions for the production process and the individual needs of our customers. Our main goal is to assist manufacturers in increasing productivity, product quality and worker safety. We are looking for a colleague to join this unit as a Service Engineer. The main job is to service ABB industrial robots at customers' sites and provide technical support.

Your responsibilities
- Service of ABB robots at customers' sites
- Troubleshooting of ABB robots and accessories
- Warranty and post-warranty repairs of industrial robots - mechanics + electronics
- Regular maintenance of workplaces
- Programming of robots and related applications, programming repairs
- Hot-line on-call
- Responsibility for local customer
Your background
- High school/university education with a degree in electrical engineering
- Time flexibility - willingness to hold service on-call (1 week per month) after working
- Decree 50/78 Coll. min. §5
- Group B driving licence - active driver
- Willingness to travel
- Interest in the field of robotics, digital technologies and modern processes
- Independent, responsible and initiative personality and team spirit
- Interest in further education in the field of robotics
- Experience in servicing industrial robots or in a similar industry
- Experience in programming an advantage
- English language at least at the level of reading technical documentation
