Application engineers show an excellent understanding of software modules they are responsible for. They configure and extend modules to fulfill customer needs. They also provide application support for both internal team as well as end users
- Configure and extend GIS software for utilities and telecoms,
- Understand customer needs to define system specifications,
- Assist customers with solving technical issues when they arise,
- Support software modules during whole project life cycle.
- General IT skills (Windows, MS Office),
- Experience with GIS systems is welcome,
- Basic SQL skills; experience with Oracle and PL*SQL is a plus,
- An elementary programming experience (.NET, JavaScript),
- Understanding of utilities and telecoms domain is a plus,
- Speaking, writing, listening and reading Czech (Slovak) skills,
- English at least at a written level.
