L’Oréal is currently looking for a new key team member to strengthen our Operations team for all 3 countries – Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
As a Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up the prices for the customers into the SAP
- Cooperate with Sales, Controlling and Customer Care team to ensure correct pricing
- Preparation of the monthly reports, monitoring and analysing of KPIs
- Build an action plan to minimize the pricing issues and improve KPIs
- Ownership for the whole pricing process
- Propose changes in the process to make it more efficient
- Proactive follow-up and issues communication with internal stakeholders
- Maintain the customer master data and customer database
- Working with data and ensure the data quality
- Participate in the training of the newcomers (especially sales, DC, and credit)

- Strong orientation on the internal and external customer
- Ability to simply describe a complex situation
- Knowledge of Excel, willingness to learn SAP
